Two blinds order
I recently ordered two blinds from this company and was excited to get them, but when the shipment arrived, one of the blinds was missing. It was a real pain because we needed them right away for our move. I reached out to customer service and they did send a replacement blind, which was good, but they didn't really do much to rush it along or work with our timeline. We ended up having to ship it to a friend to deal with. Overall, I've had good experiences with Blindsgalore before, but this time left me feeling annoyed and let down until we got that missing blind.

Eco-friendly laundry products
I just love these eco-friendly laundry products! They work wonders on my clothes, plus they're better for my skin and the environment. I made the switch to using them almost two years ago and I haven't regretted it one bit. The scents are fantastic and stick around for a while, and my clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh. You should definitely give them a shot!

Free trial subscription
I signed up for a free trial with this company, but they went ahead and charged my credit card without asking me. Even though I sent a bunch of emails during the trial period asking to cancel and get my money back, all I got were robot replies saying they'd get back to me. It's really annoying how they won't talk to me and won't give me a refund.

Jamie Bodysuit
The customer service responds like they’re teenagers with smiley faces and lack of professionalism. I ordered which they kept giving me wrong timeframes of when I would get my bodysuit. So utterly disappointed… I’m still waiting with 0 updates.
