Tops
Horrible customer service! Make sure you buy route insurance. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and will not do anything if your order goes wrong. Two tops from my order were missing and I sent them photos. They denied it and said everything was shipped. They said to go call usps. Possibly one of the worst companies to shop from. Save your money and go shop where you’re appreciated.

They have the worst customer service ever. Literally told them something didn't fit and wasn't even offered a return. I waited such a long time to receive it and was told to wait until another item they had to come back in stock to try that out. I HATE this brand with a passion as they literally are no help and never ever respond, I originally bought this with a friend and she is STILL waiting on her order after months and months with mixed messages saying they will ship, but never shipped. Buyers beware... the owner Lily Adel is just money hungry and has no business ethics.

Terrible terrible customer service that doesn't even contact you for delays or shipping. BEEN WAITING FOR 8 weeks... they're a new brand so they shouldn't have supply chain issues, they just shouldn't so early in the begininng. SO UPSET... do not buy here.

The customer service responds like they’re teenagers with smiley faces and lack of professionalism. I ordered which they kept giving me wrong timeframes of when I would get my bodysuit. So utterly disappointed… I’m still waiting with 0 updates.

Clyque is an online brand that avows to offer apparel that not only fits but looks really good on customers. The company avers that it provides tracking information for every order. Clyque protests that it is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. They also declare that they are not responsible for any package that is held in custom.
Clyque declares that all returns are subject to inspection and that they do have the right to refuse customers a refund if their return does not meet any of their requirements.

Clyque provides a wide collection of apparel for customers to pick from, and the type of clothes they offer include nudes, bodysuits, dresses, and sweatshirts. The company offers different varieties of dresses such as Genelle mini, Tiana mini, kelly midi, Sivan mini, Orlee mini, Annie mini, Belen mini, Capri mini, just to mention a few.
Customers are to fill out the details required on the return portal within 14 days of receiving their order. Clyque proclaims that customers will receive a return label that will be deducted from their refund. They also emphasize that customers who have received their return label must send out their returns to their center within 7 days as the return label will expire. For items to be eligible for returns, they must not be worn, washed, stain-free, and tags must not be altered and must be in their original packaging.
Clyque warns that any returns that are not sent back in the original Clyque packaging will be charged a $6 restocking fee. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday while orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.
