Pump motor purchase
I ordered a pump motor from this shop, but they sent me the wrong one. I called to let them know, and the lady was friendly and asked for pictures so they could fix it. I followed her instructions, and she said she'd get back to me the next day. However, she never did, so I had to call her back myself two days later. She then said she'd send the correct part and a return label for the wrong one. The new part worked fine, but they forgot to include the return label. After several calls, they promised to email it to me, but it's been days, and I still haven't gotten it. Pretty lousy communication and customer service in my opinion.
Bought pool cleaner parts
I ordered some parts for my pool cleaner, but they never showed up! It's been like two whole months, and I still haven't gotten anything. What's the deal with that? I just wanna clean my pool, man!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought something but never got it. I tried contacting them through email and phone several times, but they never replied. It's like they just vanished. I would recommend staying away from this place.
Tune-up kit purchase
I bought a tune-up kit for my pool vac, thinking I could fix it up, but the housing was completely busted. When I checked out the return policy, I was shocked to see a 20% restocking fee plus I'd have to pay for shipping it back. Absolutely not! I'll just hold onto this kit and maybe use it if I end up getting a new vac down the line.
