International order issue
I recently had a problem with an international order I made on the website. Even though the website said there shouldn't be any customs issues, my package got stuck in my country's customs. I contacted the stylist for help, and they quickly helped me fix the problem in just a few days. I'm thankful for their fast response and willingness to help me through this. I gave DHL all the necessary info, including the website details and an invoice showing that duty charges were already paid, but they still wanted more money. I've contacted Stylemyle admin for more help and I hope this gets resolved quickly. Despite this hiccup, I still appreciate the customer service from Stylemyle and plan to keep shopping with them in the future.

Online order experience
I had a pretty frustrating experience trying to place an online order with this retailer. Even though I had ordered from them before without any problems, this time their website thought I was a bot and I got an error message. They didn't really tell me how to fix it or prove I'm a real person, so it was kind of confusing and discouraging to hit a dead end like that. After struggling with it, I tried reaching out to their online chat support for help. But the person I talked to had a hard time speaking English well, which made it tough for us to figure out the issue. When I asked if English was their first language, they said yes, but it didn't really seem that way based on our chat. In the end, I decided to just cancel my order with them and find another company that could give me a better online shopping experience.
