Cosplay costume purchase
I just bought a cosplay costume from this online store, and I have to say I was really impressed with how good the quality was. The costume looked exactly like it was shown on the website, and the fabric they used was top-notch. The stitching was really well done and the fit of the costume was just right. When I wore it to a cosplay event, I got a lot of compliments. The customer service team was also super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. All in all, I had a really great shopping experience with MY Animec and I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff.

Rectified order
I had the worst time with my order at first - it got all messed up and didn't arrive when I thought it would. I was super frustrated after talking to a customer service rep on the phone and felt like I was never going to get my stuff. But then, out of the blue, I got an email from someone on the Fan Team, and they fixed everything up just the way I wanted it. Now my order is finally on its way - thank you for pulling through in the end.

I recently bought a book from this website and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The customer service rep who helped me was super nice and helpful, especially when I had a question about delivery. The book showed up in great shape and was just as described online. Costume purchase
I bought a costume from this store, but when I tried it on at home it just didn't fit right. So, I went back to swap it for a different size, but they told me I missed the deadline for exchanges. They didn't make it clear in the store that there was a time limit. It was really frustrating and kind of a letdown. They should be more upfront about their return and exchange policy so customers know what to expect.
