First of all the site is terrible. Second I ordered two suitcases and one needed to be returned because it was too small. They don't accept returns easily, a hassle. I tried ordering two additional larger suitcases and the one that arrived was the same size that I was trying to send back. The second one has yet to arrive. All paid for. There is no way to communicate with this company, if you send an e mail you get a generic e mail back. I thought the company was a good idea but they won't go anywhere with such dreadful service. I have been unable to get my money back or to get suitcases that I ordered.

First time I used it and retrieved it from baggage, it had a huge ... in it. It’s useless now. What a waste of $250. I’m surprised this company is in business. Don’t waste your money. Complete hunk of junk
Carry On Closet
This is one of the worst purchases I have every made. I live in Arizona and supposedly the luggage was being shipped from San Diego, California. It took 10 days to arrive, which was hours before I departed on my 7 day trip. I tried packing for 5 days and could not close the luggage. The closet's depth took up all the room and the upper side of the luggage could not be used. Could not get an extra pair of shoes or my makeup bag in the luggage. They have terrible customer service. Your questions never get answered by their automated help. I'm still waiting for the address to return the unused luggage. This product may be useful for a day trip and THAT IS IT! I would never recommend this product or company. Be ready to loose your well earned money.
2 carry on closets
thought it was a great product....ordered one for my daughter's trip, was emailed that if trip was to be before a certain date, consider ordering another "right here", (click on link) which I did....tracking showed order arrived in the states, then sent back because I had cancelled order....However, no confirmation on new order, EVER, so I took a chance (needed that suitcase) on a different size, supposedly in stock, and never received that either...that's been since july 4th. all I get are computer generated email responses....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! oh, i forgot to mention there is not a customer service phone number in sight either.
