Quick regret
I signed up for this service, but quickly realized it wasn't right for me. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, they told me I couldn't because of where I live. It's frustrating that they care more about following the rules than making customers happy. It's unfortunate that some states limit the level of customer service a company can provide, regardless of how they operate.

Bag with unclear tax and duties terms for Switzerland
I recently bought a bag from this store and was let down by the unclear tax and duty terms. When I first bought it, it said taxes and duties were covered for "rest of Europe". But when the bag arrived, I had to fork over over CHF 70 to DHL for taxes and duties. I tried contacting Larizia for answers but never heard back. It seems like they've updated their terms to not cover taxes for international orders. Their lack of honesty and communication has really put me off and I won't be shopping with them again.

Suitcase purchase
I just bought a suitcase and I really like it a lot. It moves around really easily and it's not heavy at all, making it great for travel. The only hiccup was that my first order got sent to the wrong address because of a mix-up with the shipping info. But the customer service team was super helpful and quickly sorted it out by sending me a replacement. I want to give a shoutout to Lyza for being so awesome and guiding me through the process. She stayed in touch with me and made sure everything got fixed smoothly. I totally recommend this product to everyone, it's really worth it.

Kratom capsules
This company says they have top-notch, organic kratom, but honestly, my experience was pretty disappointing. The capsules I got didn't seem to do much for me, making me question if they were truly as pure as they claimed. The customer service wasn't the greatest - they took forever to respond and didn't really help with my questions. Plus, the prices were higher than what I've seen with other sellers I've used before. And to top it off, the delivery ended up taking way longer than I was expecting, just adding to my annoyance with this whole purchase.

Kiwi is usually pretty user-friendly, but I did get annoyed by all the pop-ups telling me to download the app. It's important to make sure you look out for things like how long transfers will take and if you can check in online. Even with those issues, Kiwi will still get you that ticket.

I was really struggling to send flowers overseas, the other companies were making it so difficult asking for a local phone number and specific address fields. But Cyber Florist made it so easy and stress-free with their website. The flowers and balloons I got were just gorgeous and brought a huge amount of happiness to the person receiving them.

I just bought this gorgeous dress and it got to me super fast, like the very next day. I didn't even pick a rush order or anything at checkout, so it was a nice surprise. It's almost Christmas time, so I wasn't expecting to get it so quickly. It was really nice. The customer service was top-notch too. It was just an all-around great experience and I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Colossal crabs
As a seafood lover, I recently ordered what was supposed to be Colossal crabs from this place. But when they showed up, I was disappointed to see they weren't as big as I thought they'd be. I usually treat myself to crab dishes from all over, and these crabs were more like medium to large instead of truly colossal. Plus, I paid a lot for them and they weren't worth it in terms of quality or size.

L-Arginine purchase
I bought some l-Arginine online and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. When I opened it up, I immediately noticed a strong smell and taste of ammonia, which meant I couldn't use it at all. So I contacted Nutricost's customer service team to let them know what was up. They asked me to send over photos of the container and product codes, only to tell me that because I bought it through a retailer, it was their problem to deal with. It felt like I was just jumping through hoops to get a replacement for an $11 item. Total waste of my time and effort, to be honest. I'll definitely be spreading the word about this negative experience and leaving some not-so-great reviews in the future.
