Delays in shipping, excellent customer service
Even though there was a delay in shipping which made the gift arrive late, I was really impressed by how quickly customer service got back to me and apologized. Once the gift was finally given, it was well received. It just goes to show that good communication is so important in these kinds of situations.

Protein powder with green superfoods
I picked up this protein powder to add to my smoothies since my mom mentioned it's really good for you. It's got a bunch of those green superfoods like spirulina and chlorella in it. The flavor is decent, but I'm not sure if it's actually making me super strong or anything.

Keyboard and Mouse Bundle
I bought a keyboard and mouse set from your website, hoping for a quick and smooth delivery. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. Even though I was told I'd get free 1-2 day shipping, I didn't hear anything all weekend after ordering on a Friday. When I contacted Customer Support on Sunday, they gave me vague answers about delays that they said were beyond their control. The lack of updates about my delivery was really frustrating and seemed unprofessional. I can't wrap my head around why a company like yours can't give accurate shipping info to customers who have spent a good chunk of change on your stuff.
