Awesome bracelet replacement
I got this bracelet as a gift that meant a lot to me, but it broke and I was really bummed out. However, I reached out to Mint & Lily and a girl named Gina was incredibly kind and helped me get a replacement. She made sure I received the same bracelet and I was overjoyed! Thank you so much, Gina!
Easy shopping experience
Mint & Lily does a great job at making online shopping super easy and chill. Their website is really well-done and simple to use, so you can easily find and buy what you need. The customer service team is top-notch too, always there to help out with any questions or issues. All in all, Mint & Lily really stands out for giving customers a smooth and relaxed shopping experience.
Necklace replacement issue
I gotta say, I was really happy with the customer service at this store. I had a little issue with a necklace I bought, but their customer service team handled it quickly and efficiently. I reached out about the problem and got a response in under 2 minutes, which was super fast! They not only fixed the issue right away, but they also gave me a gift card to replace the faulty item. I ordered the necklace again and it came in perfect condition. Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got at this store.
Bracelet purchase
I got this really adorable bracelet for my best friend and I was so pumped to give it to her. But there was a little hiccup with the order. I contacted customer service and they were amazing! They resolved everything quickly and I was able to give my bestie her gift right on time. I'm thrilled!
Mother's Day bracelet
My mom's bracelet from my dad was too big, so we asked for a smaller one. The store ended up sending a gift card for a new one instead, which was really awesome!
Bracelet and 2 necklace
While I love the products that Mint and Lilly offer, I have given them several chances to fulfill my expectations. I have ordered from them 4 times and 3 out of the four have resulted in my orders not being delivered on time—this is not a few days late but more like weeks late. The most recent was for Christmas presents and two of the necklaces I ordered for Christmas presents for family were never delivered! I was in touch with their customer support the entire week prior to Christmas to find out when the gifts would arrive and they would not give me a straight answer until Dec. 23 when finally I was told one item would not arrive for Christmas and the other was still shipping! I am so frustrated as it was ordered on Dec 2nd and the company gave no indication that it would not arrive on time! I would not recommend Mint and Lilly to anyone unless you have no need to get what you purchase within a reasonable amount of time or at all!
Necklaces
Worst company ever. Still haven't received a shipping notification on a order from 3 weeks ago. Simply do not waste your time or money here. Awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.
Jewelry
Mint ... Lily is an unethical company. I placed an order with them in November. I reached out late December because I did not receive my order. They would only issue me a store credit. I placed another order with the store credit in addition to paying MORE money. Again, I did not receive my order, so I reached out. They sent me an email notification the delivery failed and was unfulfilled. They refunded me for one item. They refuse to issue me a full refund because I used a store credit for the product I ordered. The store credit I used was for product I did not receive. Again, they have the documentation the delivery was failed. I have no products from them and am out the money for the orders. This is the same as stealing and is theft. They are not reliable and do not follow through. Save your money from being scammed. I reached out to the better business bureau to assist me.
Personalized necklace with name
The item is definitely cheaply made as it didnt survive 1 wear. The flimsy chain broke and I found the item in my .... This is a clear case of you get what you pay for.
200 worth of necklaces never received
This company does not provide any customer service at all. I put an order in 12/05 which was rather large and I still have not received my order. I plan on going to the better business bureau and putting a formal complaint in. I also began the process of disputing my charges. I will never purchase form them again.
personalized name necklace and bracelet
i ordered 10 days before xmas thinking they would be shipped by xmas or perhaps even new year's eve. Nope that didn't happen. i barely received the necklace on january 10 , 2022 ... I thought i would receive both at the same time and that didn't happen either, im still waiting for my bracelet.. I emailed them 3 days ago and still no response and today is january 13 2022... What a ... hassle this is the first time i ever experienced such delay from purchasing online!!!! annoying never again..If you are here to see if it's legit don't do it the delivery is that bad and it's something you don't want to deal with at all.
Ring and necklace
Firstly they say arrival 7 to 10 days, so not true. They package their products in the size of the jewelry you purchased, i. e. I purchased a ring it was wrapped in the size of a ring box and in black shipping wrap, it was lost at UPS for three weeks. They kept saying be patient be patient, they need to be smart in shipping. Unfortunately I bought a second item just days after the first not knowing their shipping problems, The item was ordered on 9/1 today is 9/17. In tracking my item it’s still sitting in New York. I presume it’s due to the same issue, shipped in small box wrapped in black packaging lost in a bin. Unless you have time to wait in hope usps finds the little box I would not purchase from them.
3bracelets
They were promised for Christmas delivery. Received them very late were useless. I returned 2 after five requests for a return authorization. No refund. Put in a dispute with Citibank who removed the charge. They claimed it took forever to get the return processed so I canceled the dispute because they said they would issue me a refund if I did that. That was two months ago. They keep claiming, although I’ve sent them proof via a letter and a copy of my bank statement showing the reversal back, they have not issued a refund- 26 emails and they keep saying it’s in process. I would never do business with this company again. In 50 years of purchases this was my first dispute with any company. As Citibank said, they are “pulling my chain” after I forwarded all their excuse replies. Citi immediately issued me a permanent refund. Finally resolved, took 3 months.
I agree, this company is a JOKE. They will never get my business again ever, I hope everyone sees these reviews before they place an order.
RIP OFF-bracelet
I received the bracelet for a christmas present and received it right away. It was scratched and damaged, the quality is mediocre. I have sent 2 emails with no response. Zero customer service. I will put a stop payment with the credit card. Do not buy from this company.
Bracelet and necklace
I would not recommend this company. They charge your card immediately, but do not notify you merchandise is not available to ship. It could be weeks if not months before you get your order. There is no company phone number to call, and their will not response to emails.
I ordered 4 bracelets for Christmas presents. My account was charged and still have not received them. Tried to email a couple times and no response. Not happy that they can't even respond.
I have ordered 3 personalized bracelets back on Nov 11th 2020. I still have not received them and they said shipped on 11/16/2020!! I have emailed and submitted my name and email 7 times. I still have not got one response!!!!! It shows they are awaiting to arrive at fed ex but that is what it has said since Nov 16th 2020. I’m beyond mad and want answers to where my PAID for bracelets are that are for Christmas presents!!!!! Does anyone know how we can get ahold of someone to get answers... either where the product is or where to get my money back???
I bought a necklace Dec 4th. I have no update whatsoever. I have emailed multiple times but I have not gotten a response yet. On there site it says call or email, but I don’t see a number somewhere. Does anyone have a number?! Never ever buying from them again.
If anyone is missing a rosegold necklace with the name "Delzira" I have it. I'm not sure why they sent this to me, but they did.
4 bracelets
I purchased 4 friendship bracelets in November, for my friends for Christmas. I have yet to get a email with tracking number. Their customer service has not replied to my emails, so its looking like I'm out my money and empty handed for my friends Christmas! Not happy AT ALL!!!

Quick shipping. I ordered on a Tues and received my order Fri. The quality is great, the engravings are precise and clear...BEAUTIFIL! I will buy again and again from this company.

Vote necklace &2 Bracelets
No way to contact Customer service directly and speak to a person. My written instructions for corrections in shipping address were ignored and therefore my items were never received by moy granddaughter in college.
I feel like I wasted and actually threw away a purchase of $100.
