Ruby smooth, long layered ponytail
I got my Ruby ponytail and I am obsessed with it! It looks super natural and feels amazingly soft. Can't wait to flaunt it! The customer service peeps were so great when I was trying to figure out which color to get. They were patient and really cared about helping me find the right match for my hair. I've been using this online yoga class subscription platform, and honestly, it's been a letdown. On top of that, the customer service team doesn't seem to know much about what's going on with the company. I also noticed some sketchy fake pages out there pretending to be the brand, which makes me question their online security. All in all, I was really hoping for better from a well-known yoga brand.
