These products are really nice, with good design and made of good materials. But man, the prices are a bit steep. And let me tell you, dealing with their customer service is a total headache. They've been sending me damaged items in the wrong sizes, and they don't seem to care about fixing it. I definitely wouldn't suggest doing business with them. Right now, I'm going back and forth with them because they keep ignoring me. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Every single product is top-notch quality and eco-friendly with packaging I can just toss into the compost. The customer service is also top-notch - always super quick to help when I've got a question. But hey, I do kinda wish they offered more options for delivery days and times with the subscriptions. It'd be awesome if I could customize my orders a bit more to fit my schedule better. Overall, I'm really happy with this brand and super thankful for their killer products.

I just ordered a desk from One Way Furniture, but I'm having some issues getting updates on my order. I paid $604 almost 9 days ago, and I still haven't gotten any info on when it's gonna be shipped. The estimated ship date has already come and gone, and I haven't even been given a tracking number. I tried reaching out to customer service by email because I couldn't get through on the phone. The only reply I got was an automated email saying they'd follow up, but I haven't heard anything since. Since they're not communicating with me, I've decided to cancel my order.

shoes that didn't fit
Man, I was so pumped to cop those fresh new kicks from that store, but when I went to check out, it got all messed up. I ended up ordering two pairs by mistake with different credit cards cause there was no way to cancel my order. And then when they finally came, they didn't even fit me right! I had to deal with the whole process of sending both pairs back and paying for shipping. But then Zak swooped in and totally saved the day! He straightened everything out and got me a refund. Huge shoutout to Zak for coming through!

I just bought some spark plugs for my 2014 car from this website. Ordering was super easy, and my stuff got here in just three days. At first, I was a little nervous because I read some bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance and buy the cult face kit. When I put on the light foundation, I was underwhelmed. It felt like it was doing nothing for my face. But after an hour, I was shocked to see how great my skin looked - so fresh and glowing, giving me a really natural look. I definitely give it a thumbs up!

Waders and Hydros Cold Water Intermediate
I just got some waders and the Hydros Cold Water Intermediate line, and I gotta say, they were awful! The waders ended up leaking on me, and the line on the Hydros broke after only two days of use. Not cool at all. On top of all that, the shipping was a disaster. They charged me $9.95 for a tiny box with a fly line, and it took forever to finally get to me. Orvis has definitely gone downhill.

I was so surprised when I finally found the right ink for my ancient printer at Ink Plus Toner! They had the exact size I was looking for, and when one of the toners leaked, they promptly sent me a replacement without any issues. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Cool shoes
I was a little hesitant about buying these shoes because I saw some pretty weird reviews, but I just thought, why not? So, I decided to go ahead and get them. I finally found them here and they arrived really fast! But then I noticed they were leaking, even though they were supposed to be waterproof. I reached out to the store and this amazing girl Jasmine totally came through for me! She's gonna send me a new pair and make sure the shoe issue is fixed. Jasmine, you're awesome!!
