Necklace purchase
I just bought this really pretty necklace from this company, but it ended up getting lost in the mail thanks to some break-in at the USPS office. I was super annoyed and bummed out, but I decided to contact their customer service. I sent them an email explaining what happened, and I was shocked to get a response back in just 5 minutes. The person helping me was so nice and came up with a solution right on the spot. I was really impressed by how fast they replied and how eager they were to fix the problem. I'll definitely think about ordering from them again sometime down the road.
