Fruit basket purchase
I was totally taken aback when I got my fruit basket delivery. It didn't look anything like the picture online - it was more like a pitiful excuse for a fruit basket. There were just a few fruit pieces and a couple of cookies at the bottom. I could have easily made this myself for way less money. What a letdown!

So, the 2023 BESTÅ used to be all free-standing and easy, no need for wood bolts or wall securing. But now, they're all about dowels and screws to keep it in place. I recently purchased some checks and labels from Current, but to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. I had an awesome time dealing with the customer service folks at this company. I had to tweak my design for promotional items a bunch of times, and they were super helpful. Thomas, especially, was amazing - always there when I needed him, coming up with new quotes fast, and addressing all my questions right away. The communication was top-notch from start to finish, and I really felt like they listened to me and made sure I was well taken care of.

Hair gummies never arrived!
Oh my gosh, can you believe this? I thought I was getting this sweet deal on hair gummies with a promo code, but they never arrived! When I reached out to customer service, they were all like, "Wait 72 hours for a response," and then dropped the bomb that I unknowingly signed up for a subscription service! Can you imagine? I couldn't even cancel it on the website, so I had to get my bank to step in, and now it's turned into this big headache.

Winter coat
I just got a new winter coat from this website and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it looks and feels! The site was super easy to use, I had no problems at all when I placed my order. The coat showed up right on time and was packaged real nice. All in all, I'm happy with what I got and I'd definitely think about buying from them again down the road.
