Gift order for sister-in-law
I messed up an order I placed for a gift for my sister-in-law. So, I reached out to customer service to sort things out. They were so quick and understanding in their response, which was really nice. The product I got was really nice, and I'm thankful for how fast they fixed my mistake. I went ahead and reordered the gifts, and I really appreciate the great service from Mint & Lily. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer again in the future.

Fruit basket purchase
I was totally taken aback when I got my fruit basket delivery. It didn't look anything like the picture online - it was more like a pitiful excuse for a fruit basket. There were just a few fruit pieces and a couple of cookies at the bottom. I could have easily made this myself for way less money. What a letdown!

Checks and labels
I recently purchased some checks and labels from Current, but to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The checks were definitely not up to the quality I was expecting, and I was surprised that they didn't even come in a box. On top of that, the labels didn't match the checks, which was really frustrating. Even though I paid more for these items, they just didn't meet my standards. When I contacted customer service for help, I didn't feel like they were very helpful or willing to work with me on fixing the issues. Overall, this whole situation has left me feeling pretty frustrated and unsatisfied.

Design changes on promotional items
I had an awesome time dealing with the customer service folks at this company. I had to tweak my design for promotional items a bunch of times, and they were super helpful. Thomas, especially, was amazing - always there when I needed him, coming up with new quotes fast, and addressing all my questions right away. The communication was top-notch from start to finish, and I really felt like they listened to me and made sure I was well taken care of.

Leggings
I got these leggings that are so cute and comfy, but man, the customer service at this place is just terrible! So I ordered some leggings and a top, but when my package arrived, the top was missing! Not cool, right? I reached out to them about it, but all I got was some generic response that didn't even address my issue. And this was like a month ago! On top of that, I tried to exchange one of my items for a different size, but I never received the new one or even a refund for the original item! It feels like they don't really care about their customers. It's disappointing because I really loved the leggings, but I don't know if I'll shop here again with this kind of customer service.

Eyewear frames
I bought some eyewear frames from Eyewear District recently, and to be honest, I had a pretty rough time. I placed my order back on October 11th and I even shelled out extra for fast shipping, thinking I'd get it in a jiffy. But, much to my disappointment, I didn't hear anything from their customer service team after I sent them two emails to check in. It's been super frustrating because my order status hasn't budged since I paid, and I can see on PayPal that the payment went through. This whole lack of communication and transparency has made me question if Eyewear District is on the up and up.

Gorgeous wallpaper, easy to work with
I really love this wallpaper! The pattern is so beautiful and it was easy to put up in our dining room. It definitely stands out and has become my new favorite decoration.
