I am really upset about my purchase from this store. They sent me the wrong key, and when I asked for help, they didn't even respond. To make things worse, it took so long to get the wrong key in the first place. I feel like I was scammed, and this whole thing has been a complete waste of my time and money.

Telemedicine consultation
I believe in being honest, so I feel like I need to let people know about my bad experience with this service. I paid for a telemedicine appointment, hoping to get some good medical advice. But the doctor didn't really help me at all, they just asked me one question. I was disappointed, so I tried to get a refund like their policy said I could. But they wouldn't give me my money back, even though that's what they promised. So now I feel ripped off and like they took my money unfairly.

I tried out this video creation service and it was pretty user-friendly. However, there were a few little things that bugged me. Sometimes it was a tad slow, and I had to add participants myself because I couldn't figure out how to quickly copy the link. Also, editing the final video was a little confusing because it kept saying there was no background music when there actually was. But even with these small problems, I think it's a cool gift idea for different events, even though $12 for a 7-minute video might be too pricey for some folks.

Mother's Day flower delivery
I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday. But, I still haven't gotten them yet. I've tried calling and messaging customer service a bunch of times, but no one's getting back to me. It's weird 'cause I never even got a confirmation email after I placed the order. That got me wondering if this company is even reliable. On the flip side, I ordered some flowers from another website for a different event, got a confirmation email right away, and the flowers showed up on time and looked amazing. So, I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication and service from this company. I guess I won't be using them again.
