First-time 'print on demand' purchase for business
This was our first time trying out a 'print on demand' site for our business, and after checking out different pricing options, we went with Sellfy. We were really happy with the service during the first month. The chat feature was super useful for getting answers to our questions, whether it was about payments or pricing, and we always got a quick response within a day, even during our free trial. Uploading and customizing designs on products was easy. Overall, our first experience with Sellfy has been good and looks promising for newbies like us.
Simple purchase experience
I like how easy it is to use the platform, but there are some important features missing that I think would make it even better. One thing that really bothers me is that it doesn't capture customer names, which seems like a basic necessity. Also, I wish I could add my own custom fields and have refunds integrated directly into the program instead of having to use external payment systems like Stripe.
Print on demand service
I thought the website was pretty easy to get around and the customer support team was really on top of things. The options for custom printing were a little limited though. I couldn't slap my company logo on pens or sweatpants, but I could on a bikini, go figure. The stuff I did order turned out well though. I haven't checked out anything else the website provides yet.

I was selling items on this platform and it was super easy to use. I had full control, felt totally confident in it, and got paid immediately. They also looked out for the buyers, which was nice. I sold a bunch of stuff in the last 9 months and didn't get any complaints. It was awesome! 5 stars!
