E-commerce platform subscription
I recently used an e-commerce platform for my online business, and I was really let down by the experience. The platform said it had all these great shipping features, but when I tried them out, they were nowhere to be found. And when I asked for a refund because of the missing features, they just stopped responding to me. It was frustrating because the service lacked transparency, and they didn't give any leeway for late payments, causing a lot of unnecessary stress for small business owners like myself. In the end, the platform didn't live up to the hype and I found myself wishing I had gone with a simpler e-commerce solution.
