Simple purchase experience
I like how easy it is to use the platform, but there are some important features missing that I think would make it even better. One thing that really bothers me is that it doesn't capture customer names, which seems like a basic necessity. Also, I wish I could add my own custom fields and have refunds integrated directly into the program instead of having to use external payment systems like Stripe.

The lettering on the chain is way smaller than expected ~ The earrings are huge with big lettering.... I order my items April 10th Didn’t Receive The Items Until May 3rd The Delivery process is horrible
