The Tanzanite bracelets they have here are really amazing! It was so difficult to pick just one because they were all so gorgeous. I was pretty bummed out when I found out that the store had changed its name to Kelly Obi. It seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one by selling the same old clothes that they used to have when they were Souk + Sepia. I was really hoping for something new and exciting, so it was a letdown. It just didn't sit right with me that they weren't upfront about it. Businesses should always keep it real with us customers, and this whole situation was just not cool.

Subscription nightmare
I've been through the same thing as a lot of other people trying to cancel their subscription - it's a total nightmare. Once you're in, it's so hard to get out. They claim the site is down for maintenance just to keep you stuck. I've wasted the past 3 days trying to cancel, and it's been a huge pain. It's obvious they do this on purpose to keep charging you without permission. It's a total scam and a complete rip-off.

I just bought a social media marketing service from this site to try and improve my online presence and connect with more people. But I was really let down by what I got. The accounts that this platform created seemed totally fake, with photos taken from elsewhere and no real activity. I tried reaching out to them, but they never responded to my messages, and their posts didn't seem like anyone was actually interacting with them. It's pretty clear that this platform's service isn't on the up and up, so I'd warn others to steer clear of it.

Lost package resolution
The customer service here is seriously lacking. My package got lost in the mail and even though they say they'll take care of it, they haven't done anything about it. It's been two weeks now and there's still no solution in sight. Canada Post said the package is lost and that DPD needs to handle it, but the company hasn't done anything. They're not taking responsibility at all and they haven't even said sorry for the trouble. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service from them.

Confusing instructions, slow shipping
The directions on the labels for the item were kinda confusing, so I ended up drilling too far into the handle when putting it together. On top of that, the shipping ended up taking a whole month longer than I was anticipating. Even though the product looks awesome and was simple to assemble, the unclear instructions and delayed shipping got me feeling pretty frustrated.
