Review about: Folk Clothing
Overpriced, poor quality
Traditional clothing may look nice and fit well, but don't be deceived - the low-quality materials will ultimately disappoint you. I have invested a good amount of money in their clothing, only to have them fall apart after a few wears. Despite my careful maintenance, the items still deteriorate rapidly. I have had to get several pairs of pants fixed, with the stitching on the back pockets often causing problems. It's annoying to always have to repair items that should have been well-crafted from the start. So, even though the style and fit may be appealing, don't let it lead you to ignore the mediocre quality.

I bought a dress from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was really disappointed with it. The fabric just felt so cheap, and the stitching was really bad. I mean, for the amount I paid, I was definitely expecting way better quality. On top of that, the dress didn't fit me right at all and didn't even look like it did in the pictures online. All in all, I was super let down by the whole thing.

Jewelry making supplies
My experience with that online store was pretty disappointing. I bought some jewelry making supplies and it took forever for my package to show up. I tried to be patient at first because of everything going on, but after waiting for weeks, I contacted customer service. They just kept giving me generic answers and blaming the delay on outside stuff. Finally, they told me my package was probably lost after waiting for more than a month. The lack of communication and honesty during this whole thing was really frustrating and made my shopping experience a bad one.

Scam apartment booking
I recently booked an apartment in Spain using this company. I got a confirmation with a booking number, but then I received a fake email from the supposed owner. When I reached out to the owner, they denied having their property listed on the site and said it was already booked. The company just pointed fingers at the owner and didn't offer any solutions to the problem. After making several calls and sending emails, I finally had to push for a refund.

Defective clothing, warranty return/replacement
I had a bad experience with the clothes I got from this company. They were messed up, so I had to go through the whole warranty return process. It took forever - over a month - to get the replacement, and I even had to pay for the shipping. It made me annoyed and out of money, not just for the messed up clothes but also for the shipping and the replacement. It was a letdown and didn't need to happen.

I was really impressed with how fast my order got to me. It came a lot sooner than I thought, and the delivery driver was super nice and professional. I liked that they let me know ahead of time when it would arrive, so I could be there to sign for it. Overall, my first time buying from this company went really smoothly and I had a great experience.

I recently got this super awesome Kpop album and poster from this store, and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. They were quick to answer all my questions and the shipping was lightning fast - I had my package in just a few days. Plus, the prices were so good, I saved a bunch of money compared to other places. I was all set to give them a perfect 5 stars, but their system was a bit wonky. They had trouble finding my address and I had to prove it actually exists. But all in all, it was a really great experience!

I just bought the On-The-Go Weekender Duffle for $218 as a gift, but the strap broke after only two uses. When I asked for a replacement, they said it was out of stock, even though it was still on their website. The lack of accountability and customer service was really disappointing.
