Colorful and unique clothing items and handbags
I just bought some really cool and one-of-a-kind clothes and bags from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. The designs are super creative and original, way better than anything else out there, especially for the price. The stores are so nicely done too, they really make shopping there fun and immersive. I love the creative ideas behind the clothes, but I do wish they had more colorful and bold options for guys. And don't even get me started on the handbags, they are gorgeous and add such a nice pop of color and style to any outfit.

I had the best time shopping with this company. They sent out my order super fast after I bought it, and it got to me in just a few days, all the way from Europe to the US. The package was packed really well, and when I opened it, it felt like a special surprise. I just bought some stuff online from this store and it was kind of a mixed bag. The clothes I got were actually really nice, and the website was super easy to use. But, I ran into some trouble with the delivery service because the delivery guy couldn't find my place. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get a hold of customer service, but when I finally did, they were able to help me out. All in all, the clothes were great and the customer service was decent.

Pre-orders delayed, order modification, dishonesty
My experience with this company was a total letdown. I pre-ordered some collectibles, but they took almost 2 years to ship them. During that time, they changed my order without asking me and lied about when my stuff would arrive. When I asked for proof that they had shipped my items, they wouldn't show me anything. Spanish customs, the post office, and the tax ministry in Spain all confirmed that the package never even made it to the country. Big Apple Collectibles then tried to charge me an extra $114.17 to send it, and gave me just 3 days to decide or they said they'd sell off all my stuff with no refund or voucher for their store. The way this company doesn't talk to customers and straight up lies to them is just wrong. I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from them to steer clear.
