I just bought some window coverings for my bedroom, living room, and kitchen from this company, and also got some extra pull down clips. The customer support team got back to me super fast with answers to my questions, and the shipment showed up right on schedule. The quality of the coverings is top-notch, they still look brand new with no fading or damage. I was so thrilled with my order that I went ahead and bought some for my dining room too. I'm excited to put them up!

Restored old photos
I had some old black and white photos that I wanted to fix up, so I decided to give this a try. It worked pretty well, but then I ran into a watermark problem. I had to restart my computer and thankfully that fixed it. It took me a while to figure it out and I was getting really worried that I wouldn't be able to use it. But everything ended up turning out okay in the end! Thanks a lot, Joe!

50th Birthday Surprise - Online Order
I just bought a gift basket with snacks as a surprise for my friend's 50th birthday, and everything about the process totally impressed me. Even though I decided last minute, they processed and delivered the order in under 24 hours. Bake Me A Wish not only fulfilled the order super quick, but they also delivered it before noon the next day. My friend loved the treats, and the whole experience was so easy. Headphones not fitting well
I ended up buying some headphones that just didn't fit the way I wanted them to. I tried to return them, but man, let me tell you, the customer service was just awful! They totally ignored my emails, the refund form I filled out, and even my phone calls. I swear, I'm never buying anything from that place again.

Comfortable topper for lovesac sofa/bed
I recently got a topper and a waterproof cover for our lovesac sofa/bed, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. The 3” topper is super comfy and makes the sofa feel like a fluffy cloud. I was concerned it might get too hot at night, but it actually kept the temperature just right. The customer service was top-notch, always quick to respond and super helpful. The only downside was that I noticed a crack on the bottom after 7 months of use, probably from the way the sofa cushions fold. Despite that, I still really love the topper and plan to reach out to the company to see how to fix it. Overall, they're a great company that delivers amazing comfort and quality products.

I bought something from this company that was all banged up, and man, was I let down by the crappy quality. It came looking beat up and busted, which was a real bummer since I shelled out good money for it. I tried reaching out to customer service to get my money back or a new one, but no dice. So yeah, overall, super disappointed with how it all went down.

I really love using this app to sell my old CDs and games! It was super easy to use and I could come back and finish selling my stuff whenever I felt like it. All I had to do was scan, box, and drop off at UPS. And then, yay, money was in my bank account! 😊

Fresh flower bouquet
I was pretty happy with my first couple of flower deliveries from this subscription I signed up for. The first and second bouquets were beautiful and stayed fresh for a good amount of time. But then, I started noticing that the quality of the flowers was going downhill with the later shipments. And the final bouquet I got didn't even last a week; it had to be tossed out way sooner than usual. When I tried to get in touch with customer service through email to talk about my issues, I never got a response. It's a bummer that I paid a good amount of money and expected better customer service in return.

My leggings had a massive hole in the crotch area
The leggings I got from this place were seriously a joke. They showed up with this huge hole in the crotch area, which was obviously a mistake from the manufacturer. I had to really push customer service to get a refund. First, they tried to give me a discount on my next order like that would make everything okay, but after going back and forth, they finally agreed to give me all my money back. The only thing that made this whole situation bearable was the customer service rep, who actually seemed to care and tried to help. In the end, I got to keep the leggings and still got my refund, so I guess that's a silver lining. But man, what a nightmare.
