I was so disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. The costume I got just didn't live up to the quality I thought I was paying for. The stitching was all over the place, the fabric felt cheap, and it didn't look anything like the picture online. I felt like I threw my money away on a costume that I couldn't even wear. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't helpful at all and didn't even apologize. It just made me even more frustrated. I won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.

I just wanted to share that I recently bought this super cute princess dress from this awesome store and I absolutely loved it! The colors were so vibrant and the fabric felt really nice. Wearing it made me feel like a true princess! The customer service was amazing too, they even helped me find the right size and the dress fit like a glove. The only downside was that it took a bit longer to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait!
Customized cosplay costume
I was really let down by my experience with this company. Trying to order a custom cosplay costume was such a hassle. The website was hard to figure out, and the directions for giving my measurements were confusing. When I finally got my costume, it was poorly put together and didn't fit right even though I gave them my accurate measurements. The fabric was cheap and not comfortable at all. All in all, this company really dropped the ball on giving me a good product.
Costume
Unbelievably terrible company! At first they make it seem like they will take care of your order but then after spending over $500 on my sons costume, they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong customer and now won’t respond to me at all! I would absolutely never use this company again! And they don’t have a phone number to call to talk to anyone either and still have not refunded me for their mistake! My biggest issue is they won’t respond to tell me if they can send a replacement! So very upset about this! This was for an important event!
