Night cream purchase
I just bought the night cream and I am amazed by how well it worked. The fine lines around my eyes are much less noticeable now, which I didn't think was even possible. I really liked the free samples that came with my order because they helped me figure out what to buy next. But it would be cool if there was a way to save products I like on the website for later. Even with that small issue, I'm super happy with the products I've used so far and plan on sticking with this brand.

Great product, helpful suggestion
I recently bought some stickers and I gotta say, they're top-notch quality. These things stick like glue and have stayed looking great for ages now. My only idea to make them even better would be to print a little description on the sticker sheet telling me where to put each one. It'd make things a whole lot easier, especially when I'm using different kinds of stickers at once.

Rosemary Mint Wash Day Bundle
The Rosemary Mint Wash Day Bundle from this brand was a total disaster for my relaxed hair. Even though people said good things about it, I noticed that the shampoo actually made my hair feel rough and parched, causing a bunch of knots and tangles. And the conditioner didn't do anything to fix it, so I ended up having to chop off my hair after struggling to detangle it. Dealing with that mess was such a pain and definitely set me back in taking care of my hair.

E-commerce platform experience
My experience with that e-commerce platform was not great. It was really limited and a lot of the connections just didn't work right. Because of that, we had problems where orders wouldn't go through, which was super annoying and cost us some sales. So we ended up moving to a different platform that fit what we needed a lot better.

First time ordering: When I first ordered off this website I was a bit nervous because of all the negative reviews, however, I decided to take the gamble because the prices were so much better than any other website. Overall I would say that my experience was a 4/5. All my items came in bubble wrap and were packed very nicely into a cardboard box. None of the items were damaged or missing. Shipping takes a really long time, and when I ordered it took nearly 2 weeks for them to even pack the order. I emailed customer service twice and they got back to me within 24 hours. They said that some of the stuff that I ordered wasn't in stock yet, and so I should expect it to ship within the next few days (when the stuff I ordered was in stock). Once my order had finally shipped, I got it within 7-8 days. In my experience when ordering with Stylevana you have to be VERY patient, but in the end, everything will turn out okay.
Second time ordering: This time the process is going a lot smoother and faster. I haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I placed my order on September 6th, it is now September 11th, and my order is already shipped and on its way to JFK from Hong Kong.
