I recently needed some replacement parts for my Evryjourney 7 speed bike, so I got in touch with customer service for help. Cora was awesome and super quick in getting me what I needed. She sent out a package with the nuts and washers I needed, no charge and with free shipping. Their customer service is top-notch and really makes the company shine. The bikes themselves, especially the step-thru ebike, are top quality. As seniors, my wife and I have found the step-thru ebike to be a game-changer. It's easy to get on and off, the sitting position is comfy, and the power assist makes biking a breeze. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience for us.

Fleece blanket purchase
Hey, I just have to say, this fleece blanket I got from this store is seriously the comfiest thing ever. It feels like I'm being wrapped up in a cloud every time I snuggle into it. The quality is amazing, and I can totally tell a difference in how well I sleep with it. I would absolutely suggest this blanket to anyone wanting to elevate their bedding game.

Handbag for Christmas gift
I bought a handbag from this store to give to my sister as a Christmas present. It looked just as good in person as it did on the website, but I was a little let down by the packaging it came in. They just put the handbag in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. There wasn't a nice protective bag or any fancy branded packaging included with the purchase. Considering it cost almost $500, I was hoping for a more luxurious unboxing experience. I've bought handbags for half the price from other places and they came with protective bags to store them in, which really added to the overall presentation of the gift. The lackluster packaging from this store made it feel more like I was getting a handbag from a cheaper retailer, rather than a luxury brand.

Hydrating mask fantastic, clay mask disappointing
The hydrating mask from this place is amazing! It made my skin feel so hydrated and smooth. But man, that clay mask was a total letdown. It was just okay and putting it on was a pain. The instructions were confusing and didn't say anything about what I needed to watch out for. All in all, no changes in my pores, which was a bummer.
