Freshwater pearl necklace and matching bracelet
I just bought a freshwater pearl necklace and bracelet set from this jewelry store, and let me tell you, I was blown away. The pieces are seriously gorgeous and super one-of-a-kind. I got them as a gift for my friend's 30th birthday, and she loved them. The only downside was that the bracelet seemed a little small when it arrived. I reached out to customer service, and they were on top of it. They quickly set up an exchange for a larger size. Everything went smoothly, and I was happy with how it all turned out. Plus, the packaging was really nice and added to the whole experience.

Online purchase with misleading promotion
I just bought something online and they said I'd get a free gift if I spent a certain amount. But then I got an email saying I wouldn't be getting the free gift with no explanation or apology. That's just not cool customer service. And when I tried to buy something else on the site, they were still advertising the free gift with a minimum spend. That's just shady marketing and not a good way to get customers. I'm thinking about what to do next to deal with this unethical behavior.

Lost item, refunded
I lost something because of Royal Mail messing up, but Farouk in the warehouse was super nice, helpful, and understanding when it came to getting me a refund. Even though Royal Mail was taking forever, Farouk really went out of his way to help me. Their customer service is top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
