Freshwater pearl necklace and matching bracelet
I just bought a freshwater pearl necklace and bracelet set from this jewelry store, and let me tell you, I was blown away. The pieces are seriously gorgeous and super one-of-a-kind. I got them as a gift for my friend's 30th birthday, and she loved them. The only downside was that the bracelet seemed a little small when it arrived. I reached out to customer service, and they were on top of it. They quickly set up an exchange for a larger size. Everything went smoothly, and I was happy with how it all turned out. Plus, the packaging was really nice and added to the whole experience.

Oversized Coat Purchase
I bought this really big coat from a store not long ago, but it ended up being way too big for me. I sent an email asking about how to return it for a refund about a week after I got it. But I was pretty bummed when I didn't hear back from them. I tried following up again another week later, but still nothing. The fact that they didn't communicate with me and gave such poor customer service made me feel really frustrated and wished I hadn't bought the coat in the first place.

Lost item, refunded
I lost something because of Royal Mail messing up, but Farouk in the warehouse was super nice, helpful, and understanding when it came to getting me a refund. Even though Royal Mail was taking forever, Farouk really went out of his way to help me. Their customer service is top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
