Bandsaw purchase
I'm a bit frustrated with the experience I had when I purchased a bandsaw from this company's website. When I first ordered it, the site said it was in stock and would be shipped the next day. But then, after I made the purchase, the status changed to backorder. It was pretty annoying because I wasn't sure when I would actually get my bandsaw. I tried reaching out to customer service to get some clarity, but they told me the fraud department needed to contact me, which never happened. On top of that, I found out that another customer had been waiting for the same item for almost two months. It's disappointing that the website didn't have accurate info about the product's availability.

I recently bought an end table from UnbeatableSale and had a lousy experience with the delivery and customer service. I ordered the table online and was super excited for it to show up at my door. But when the package finally arrived, I was shocked to see that it was the wrong item. Instead of the end table I had been dreaming of, I got something totally different. I immediately contacted UnbeatableSale through their customer service, hoping to get it sorted out fast. To my dismay, they told me it was up to me to fix their mistake. I was told to print a label and either take it to FedEx or give it to a driver for the return. Not only was this a hassle, but they also said they didn't do express shipping for replacements, which I thought was just not right.

Large item return
I just bought something that ended up being too big for me, so I had to return it. Man, dealing with customer service during the return was a total nightmare. I gave them all my info - order number, return info, tracking number - but still had a tough time getting my refund. After emailing back and forth a bunch of times, I finally got an email saying they're processing my refund. It's great that they let me know, but returns should be way simpler and less of a hassle for us customers.

I had a pretty bad experience with this store when I bought some shoes from them. I ran into some problems with my order that still haven't been fixed. It's been more than a month now and I'm still waiting for a solution. Honestly, I can't really suggest this store to anyone else.

Tumbler purchase
I bought two tumblers from this company, but when my package came, it was totally wrong. Dealing with customer service has been a real letdown - they haven't been good at communicating to fix the problem. I submitted a claim online with pictures and all the info, but they still wanted more proof, even though it was obvious the product was untouched. They've been slow to respond and don't follow up, making it even more aggravating to try and return this mix-up.

This phone case is seriously the best I've ever bought. The design is super eye-catching and I always get compliments on it. I'm so clumsy and I've dropped my phone so many times, even down some concrete steps at a packed basketball game, but my phone is still scratch-free.
