Bought seat assignments for my family
I bought seat assignments for me and my family a few weeks before our flight. But when we got to the airport, the seats were nowhere to be found. We ended up having to buy them again, only to realize two hours later at baggage drop-off that they still weren't assigned. I submitted a customer service ticket over a month ago, but I've only gotten automated responses since then. Condor's seat assignment system is a disaster, and it seems like they're taking advantage of us.

Shirt purchase
The customer service at this store was really good. They were quick to reply to my questions and helped me solve any problems I had. But, I was kind of let down when I found out the shirts I ordered didn't fit like they used to. It was frustrating trying to figure out the right size, and I had to keep going back to exchange them. They should either give better sizing details online or make sure all their clothes fit the same.

Phone case purchase
This phone case is seriously the best I've ever bought. The design is super eye-catching and I always get compliments on it. I'm so clumsy and I've dropped my phone so many times, even down some concrete steps at a packed basketball game, but my phone is still scratch-free. The quality is amazing and I'm totally blown away by how tough it is.
