Missing Items
This brand is not worth your time. I ordered 4 items but only 2 arrived. It's ridiculous. I had to reach out to customer service just to figure out what went wrong, and turns out the missing items got lost during shipping. Now I'm stuck waiting for a refund. The only good thing I can mention is that the customer service reps were fast in their responses, but that doesn't make up for the products I didn't get.
