I got a whole bunch of pink roses to give my mom for her birthday and they were just stunning! The flowers were top-notch and they came in such cute packaging. The only downside was the delivery guy showed up when we weren't home and I couldn't reach anyone from the company to reschedule, which was a bummer. Plus, I got bombarded with messages from them and the delivery service, like calm down! Despite that, the flowers were absolutely amazing.

Payment issue
I've been shopping at this online store for a while now, and everything was fine until the end of February. Out of nowhere, I had some trouble with the payment methods on the website. My credit card wasn't working, and I noticed that the PayPal option was gone too. It was super annoying because I had stuff in my cart that I wanted to buy. Hopefully, Melijoe fixes this problem soon by bringing back the Adyen payment provider and adding PayPal back as a payment option.

Wedding dresses purchase
I bought two dresses from this company for a wedding. One dress fit great and I really liked it, but the other one didn't fit right. I sent back the one that didn't fit, but I was really let down by the return process. Even though I followed all the company's return rules and sent the dress back for credit, I never got the credit I was supposed to. I talked to PayPal, showed them proof I sent the dress back, but I still didn't get my money back. It was a frustrating situation that made me feel like I was being lied to and left me disappointed.

I ordered nearly two months back and haven't heard a peep about where my stuff is. When I finally asked, all I got was excuses and more waiting. Horizon Fitness GR7 stationary exercise bike
The Horizon Fitness GR7 stationary exercise bike I bought for about $1,500 has been a real letdown. The bluetooth signal for power exertion and connecting to cycling apps like Zwift just doesn't work right. After months of trying to get it fixed, the UK engineer sent by Johnson Health Tech (JHT) said the bike couldn't be repaired. Even though it's under warranty, they didn't offer any help to solve the problem. Adele and the folks at JHT were nice, but didn't really do anything to fix the known issue with the bike. Now I'm stuck with a broken piece of equipment and have to turn to big retailers for help since the manufacturers can't seem to figure it out.

The wallpaper I bought was way too thin, and the edges kept lifting up, so it was a pain to put up without those edges showing. The decorator I hired had a tough time getting it to stay on properly, which was super annoying. The colors and designs were gorgeous, just what I wanted, but the cheap quality of the paper was a major letdown. It's such a bummer that those amazing designs were ruined by such crappy material.

It's weird that the same person handling emails also runs the online chat. They even promised to connect me with someone in charge, but it's been months and no call yet. Feels like this company might be run out of a car or something. Even though the bra set only cost about $20, I'm bummed I'll probably never get this sorted out. Won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

I've been a member for months now, answering surveys all the time, and I finally hit the minimum cashout of $30. But every time I try to cash out, this error keeps popping up asking for my PayPal email. I've tried entering it multiple times, but it just won't save the email, so I can't withdraw my money. I can't even find a way to reach out to them for help. This site must be a scam. Can't trust it.

Over the past ten years, my family has been getting spiral bound family photo calendars from this company. Even though we're always kinda late in ordering, they always come through and get the calendars to us on time. The folks in customer service have been super helpful, making sure our orders are right and the calendars look good. THINK TWICE. Horrible experience w/ this brand . . . I was a new customer and placed and order for a belt, it didn't fit and I sent it back immediately -- exactly as I had received it. They claimed the tags were missing and wouldn't refund me. They also took moths to resolve, customer service was not helpful . . . the whole thing was a mess. Beware.

Bought a Valentino bag for my girlfirend, it got delivered quickly and the quality was good.
Cettire response time is poor.You ask customers to contact you through email and its take for ages for you to reply.email is the only way to contact this company so their response time should be quick.
I ordered a Valentino supervee bag the other day and got it within 4 days. Checked everything including the bag and the packaging - everything was perfect. It's definitely authentic!
