Return process
I just wanted to share about my recent experience with making a return. I had some trouble with the online portal not recognizing my order number. Luckily, Jade Amber from customer service really saved the day. She was super helpful and quick to reply to all my questions. Jade even gave me a QR code to send back my items through Royal Mail, which made everything so easy and smooth. I really appreciate all your help, Jade! Thank you for being so fast and efficient.

Perfume for my mom
I went to this fancy store with my mom to help her choose a perfume for her birthday. We met this really cool lady named Mandy who worked in the perfume department. Mandy was awesome and didn't rush my mom at all. She knew a lot about all the different scents and helped us find the perfect one. It was a fun time hanging out in the store.
