Payroll software experience
Our experience with OnPay has been absolutely awful. Even though the software is easy to use, their customer service and tax department are really lacking. We had a lot of problems with late tax filings that led to extra fees and penalties. The lack of communication and responsibility from their team is just not okay. It's obvious that the company doesn't have enough staff and isn't prepared to meet their customers' needs. We've spent a ton of time trying to work with them, but we've made the decision to move to a more dependable payroll service provider. I would recommend staying far away from OnPay!
