Recent makeup purchase
I love makeup and I'm always looking for top-notch products to add to my beauty stash. I recently splurged on some goodies from this brand and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The eyeshadows are super pigmented and they actually stay put all day, which is hard to find these days. I didn't even have to bother with a primer, which is a major win for me. As for their customer service, they've been super helpful every time I've had an issue with my order. Even when packages went missing or arrived damaged, they made things right in a jiffy. All in all, I'm thrilled with my experience and can't wait to shop with them again.

My unfortunate experience
Hey everyone, I'm really upset with this company. They're not being transparent and their customer service is terrible. When I wanted to return my order, they only accepted credit card payments, and I don't have a credit card. I had to get someone else to do it for me. Even though I returned the item on time, I kept getting reminders and late fees. I contacted the company after the first reminder, and they said they had received the return and were processing it. But I still got more reminders. Finally, I got a "final reminder" and couldn't get any help resolving or canceling it. So I paid the fees just to avoid more trouble. I'm done with them. I'm closing my account and won't recommend them to anyone!

Travelin from Szeged to Budapest
I used a taxi service to go from Szeged to Budapest not too long ago. The whole thing went really well, smooth sailing from beginning to end. The company kept me in the loop with clear and timely communication, and the driver, Peter, even reached out the day before to confirm all the details. The trip itself was top-notch, Peter was a pro and knew his stuff. I was really happy with the whole shebang and would totally tell others to give this service a shot. I know I'll be using it again down the road!

Home Schooling Program
Love this program and the customer service is top-notch. My daughter is absolutely loving it - she's not even 4 yet and she's already reading and spelling like a pro. As a Teacher and Therapist myself, I really appreciate all the different ways she can learn with this program. Home schooling has been the perfect fit for us, and setting up and completing Hooked on Phonics has been a breeze. Just remember, patience is everything when it comes to teaching.

Essential oil diffuser and lavender essential oil
I bought a diffuser and some lavender essential oil from this company and honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. They charged me for the stuff but I never got it. I tried contacting their customer service in four different ways but didn't hear back at all. It's just not cool to not communicate or take responsibility. I felt totally disregarded and like they were just trying to scam me.

I bought some CBD oil from this company, but I never got my order. And on top of that, customer service didn't even bother to respond to my emails. So now I'm stuck with no product and no refund. It was a really frustrating experience, so I wouldn't suggest using this company.

Hotel Stay Orlando
Stole our Money!!!
Trip cancelled due to travel ban for Covid. Would not refund, issued travel voucher good for one year (April 2020). Stayed in my account until Nov. 2020 the disappeared. Began contacting customer service (chat box is only way to do this) on Jan 5, 2021. First told trip was no refundable, out of luck. Then told check with credit card company, charges were reversed. Then told would need to verify hotel had waived cancellation (1/23). Finally told refund would be issued in 14 days (1/29). No refund received and on 2/20 was told refund placed in wrong queue, please allow another 14 days. But no refund came so contacted again on 3/8 and told, no they gave you wrong time frame, we need 28 days (TWO other agents said 10-14 days). This company is a complete hoax and they have stolen over $1,500 from us. Do NOT buy from them!!!!!Review about: Vcee Beauty
