Weekend festival purchase
My experience ordering from Pollen was pretty good overall. They had a lot of options for things to do and try. The weekend festival I went to was tons of fun, and I loved all the cool merch they had for sale. But, I had a bad experience when they randomly canceled my order a few weeks before the event for no reason. It was super stressful, and by the time they fixed the issue, the boat party I really wanted to go to was already sold out. I missed my chance to meet this artist I was excited about, and Pollen didn't do anything to make up for it, which really rubbed me the wrong way.

I bought something from this website not too long ago, thinking I'd be getting two things. But when I called to check on my order, they said one thing was on its way but the other was out of stock, so they promised to give me a refund. Even with that promise, I never got either of the items. The fact that they didn't keep me in the loop and didn't follow through has really bummed me out and made me super frustrated with the whole thing.

$290 Rebecca Minkoff purse peeling
I bought this Rebecca Minkoff purse back in April 2022 for $290 and now, after just 18 months of hardly using it, the handle's already starting to peel. I've had leather bags from Coach, Fossil, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch that didn't have any issues for at least 5 years. When I reached out to customer service about the peeling, they didn't seem too concerned and just offered me a repair contact, but I'd have to foot the bill. They only guarantee the purse for a year, which is pretty disappointing for a $300 bag. My advice? Skip the Rebecca Minkoff leather purse and go for a more reliable brand like Coach or Michael Kors.
