Lifetime 1TB backup storage plan
I recently bought a lifetime 1TB backup storage plan, and I have to say, it's been a real letdown. At first, they told me I'd have my storage forever with just one payment. But then, out of nowhere a few years later, they switched things up and said I had to start paying monthly or risk losing all my stuff. The way they handled the whole situation was confusing and shady, making me feel like I got scammed. Even though I was supposed to be locked into the original deal, I was forced to choose between losing my files or signing up for a whole new plan that I never wanted. This whole ordeal has left me feeling let down and questioning the company's honesty.

Our stay at a hotel we booked using your service was really disappointing. We tried reaching out for help but no one got back to us. We had to leave the hotel and spend extra money on another place to stay. They said we'd get a refund, but we're still waiting for it. We have proof of all the problems we had at the hotel and we just want this sorted out quickly.

I was really impressed by how professional and respectful the service rep was. Even though I was quick to blame the company for my computer issues at first, Cindy handled everything with grace and made sure all my repair needs were taken care of. Booking experience review
My experience with Momondo was a total nightmare. They didn't screen the booking companies or airlines at all, so I ended up possibly booking through a scam. It's really worrisome that there aren't any customer reviews on there, because it leaves us open to getting scammed. I think Momondo should focus more on safety and think about adding platforms like Trustpilot or TripAdvisor to give us more info and make us feel more secure. By not doing that, Momondo lets shady companies rip off people who don't know any better, and that's just not a good look for them.
