Educational app for my daughter
My experience with the educational app has been okay up to this point. My daughter enjoys it, but she doesn't seem to be totally hooked like I was expecting. One thing that could be better is to have a more straightforward path to follow that combines both the reading and math sections, instead of having to select different subjects and then choosing activities at random. It would also help to have more practice for each letter, or have a detailed section for each new letter that is introduced. These improvements would make the app easier to use and more interesting for kids learning.

Problematic cancellation process
I've been trying to cancel this service for what feels like forever, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. Every time I try to call, it's like they don't want to let me go - dropped calls, hang-ups, you name it. I even tried reaching out to the BBB, but no luck there either. Finally decided to try Trim by OneMain, and man, are they life-savers. Got it taken care of in just a few days.

I bought something on their site cause they had a deal going on, but when I got my order, the stuff from the deal wasn't there. When I tried to get some help, the first person I talked to was no help at all and kinda rude, just ending the chat without fixing anything. Luckily, the next person I talked to was nicer and tried to make things right, even though they couldn't give me the full deal.
