So yeah, delivery and service were the main problems — both indifferent and slow — and that made the whole purchase useless for the event I had.     Late cards, decent paper — but not worth the headache

    I ordered a big batch, paid extra to rush them, and then nothing happened on their end for days. When the package finally arrived it was... fine. The cardstock felt sturdy, the matte finish was smooth, and the colors were close to what I uploaded (not perfect, but acceptable). So yeah, the product itself does what it's supposed to do when it actually arrives.
    But the whole experience around it was messy. I had to scramble and buy last-minute, more expensive options elsewhere because this order missed the event date I told them about multiple times. Customer service kept saying they'd "let them know" and that they'd expedite, and that I'd get a discount — which turned into an $18 credit for a future purchase. That feels weird and useless when you already switched suppliers and lost time (and some money). No one reached out proactively about the delay, I wasn't offered a cancellation, and I had to decide to return unopened cards just to get my money back. That's a hassle I didn't need.
    If you don't have a fixed deadline and you're ordering just for stock, this printer might be okay — the cards themselves are fine for everyday use. But if timing matters, I'd be cautious. I've used other online printers that at least communicated clearly and offered real refunds or faster replacements when things went wrong. This company didn't match that level. I'm mildly annoyed more than furious — just disappointed that a basic logistics promise wasn't met and left me juggling last-minute fixes.

    That one time I almost panicked over business cards

    I first found this printer years ago, from a coworker who swore by them. Used them on and off for a decade and mostly liked the results. This year I ordered simple business cards and, well, they arrived looking like a craft project gone wrong. Sizes were inconsistent. Some were cut into the safety area, others not square at all. Printing was crooked. Spot UV was off by a noticeable margin and someone had apparently decided the whole card needed a shiny mess. On top of that, the package showed up nine days late, after the event they were for. The website kept saying “in production” even past the estimated delivery. That was the worst part, because you sit and wait and wait.
    I immediately found a local shop—Morrell Printing—and tipped my team to go there. They took a rush order and turned identical cards around in about two hours, for roughly the same price. I’m still impressed. Truly saved the day. So, delivery? Not great. Local printers sometimes just… get it.
    As for customer service, the company first offered store credit or a reprint. I didn’t want more of the same, so I asked for a refund, plain and simple. The first reply felt automated, kind of the usual corporate script. I pushed back with a short email saying we both know this isn’t acceptable—let’s just refund it. After that, things moved. They issued the refund within the same day; emails were a bit awkward in phrasing, but the money was back on my card within a week as promised.
    In the end I’m glad it worked out. A pain, yes, but the local printer and a firm email from me fixed it. If you’re ordering, look into nearby shops too. You might save yourself a heartache and a midnight panic.

    Mailbox drama over holiday cards

    they sent the wrong order, which is annoying but okay, mistakes happen. What got me was how it unfolded after that. Instead of overnighting a replacement, they stuck my reorder back in the normal queue and told me it’d ship on the original schedule. That meant my cards would arrive well after I needed them. I called, I emailed, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and then I got conflicting updates — one person says “printed and ready,” another says “oh it's still being cut,” and no manager available when I asked. Classic runaround. That part made me skeptical, annoyed, and frankly worried I’d miss my own mailing deadline. It’s funny, because the product itself was fine when it finally turned up: the paper, the print, the layout — all acceptable for what I use these for (family cards, a couple of client promo pieces, mailing to relatives). The price point still makes sense for me, which is why I kept going back after past little slip-ups. But service and delivery? They need work. I got a small shipping refund — not enough considering the delay and the stress — and the rep basically said there wasn’t much else they could do. If you run a small business or have time-sensitive mailings, this could be a legit problem. Bottom line: I’m starting off skeptical again but a tiny part of me is relieved the final product wasn't trashed and that it arrived eventually. Will I order again? Maybe, but only if it's not urgent and I can tolerate the possibility of needing to chase them down. So yeah — decent value, sloppy handling, and mixed feelings overall.

    Quick turnaround time for business cards

    I just got some business cards from this company, and man, it was a total disaster. The first ones they sent me had mistakes all over them, and getting them to correct it was like trying to get blood from a stone. The customer service was no help at all and seemed like they didn't care. It took forever, more than 10 days, for them to finally print me some new ones and even longer for them to show up. Don't bother with them, find a different place for your printing stuff.

    The business cards they have here seemed good at first glance, but when I really checked them out, I noticed the cuts were all crooked. They looked more like strange parallelograms instead of clean rectangles. It's almost like someone was cutting them blindfolded. Not cool at all. I even saw some cards that were totally different shapes from each other. Not a good look. Makes me wonder if the boss, Brett, is too busy golfing to care about the quality of his business's products.
