I just bought some stuff I needed for a two-day event, but it got here late so I couldn't even use it on the first day. And to top it off, the quality wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing and it's got me wondering if I'll even bother ordering from them again.
Print job
The print job I got was amazing! They really paid attention to detail and made sure it turned out just like I wanted. The colors were so vibrant and the text was sharp and easy to read. I was super happy with how it turned out.
Business cards
The business cards they have here seemed good at first glance, but when I really checked them out, I noticed the cuts were all crooked. They looked more like strange parallelograms instead of clean rectangles. It's almost like someone was cutting them blindfolded. Not cool at all. I even saw some cards that were totally different shapes from each other. Not a good look. Makes me wonder if the boss, Brett, is too busy golfing to care about the quality of his business's products.
Fast, great quality, great price
This company is seriously the best! I've ordered from them a bunch of times and they never let me down. They work super quick and their stuff is top quality. And let's talk about the prices - can't beat 'em! I've looked around and no one even comes close. I'll definitely keep coming back because they always follow through on what they promise.
Business cards
The first batch of my business cards was a total mess - they printed a design I didn't even approve, so I was pretty upset about that. But I needed the cards ASAP, so I sent in a corrected design right away. I gotta say, the new cards came out looking really good. The customer service folks were cool about everything and gave me a credit for my next order, which was a nice touch. Overall, even though it was a bit of a pain, I'm happy with how everything turned out. I'll probably order from them again in the future.
Custom birthday party invitations
The cards came out awesome! I always use this print shop when I need things done. It's so convenient with PSD file templates.
Premium Overnight Shipping
I just shelled out extra cash for that fancy overnight shipping, fully expecting my stuff to show up on my doorstep the next day. But boy was I let down - my order didn't even ship until the day after, and then it took a whole five days to finally get to me. I needed those things ASAP, so I ended up scrambling to make a last-minute order from a different company. And even after I reached out about the delay, I got zero explanation, no refund, not a single apology. Man, talk about a bummer of an experience.
Takes more than 3 weeks to get business cards
I will never order from them again. I ordered on the 7th. It is now the 23rd and still no business cards. I called and was just left on hold. No customer service at all.
100ct Business Cards
Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company.
Easy printing services
I got customized printing services from overnight prints.
Best part is, it was quick, easy and loved the quality.
I like their services to be easy to communicate, give input and get things done what I intend to do.
I also explored their other services and looking for used very near in the future, as setting my startup.
