Tactical gear purchase
As a regular customer at the local tactical store in town, I just have to say how thankful I am for having such an awesome place nearby. They seriously have everything you could possibly need, and you can't help but feel a tad bit jealous of their range of products. But what really seals the deal for me is the amazing service from the staff. They're super friendly, know their stuff, and are always there to help with any questions or issues you may have. Every time I've talked to them in person or on the phone, it's been top-notch. I highly recommend checking this place out for all your outdoor and tactical needs - their selection is killer and you won't wanna miss out on their sales. Electric bike purchase
I just got an electric bike and ordering it was easy. It came pretty quickly, but when I put it together, I had a problem with a wire that got cut connecting to the control system. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and Wellbots to get help with replacing the cable, but it's been really hard to communicate with them. Now, I can't use the bike like I wanted to. It seems like it would be perfect for me, but the lack of support in fixing this issue is frustrating.

My order got messed up
I bought something online and they took my money. But later they claimed it didn't go through, even though my bank showed the payment. I tried calling, but no one answered. I was so confused about what went down, and ended up losing all my cash. Total bummer!
