Flight ticket purchase
Hey, I totally understand where CheapAir is coming from, trying to be all about those super cheap prices and everything. But seriously, let me tell you, low prices should not mean sacrificing good customer service. My time dealing with them was a complete disaster. Their website was so glitchy, their customer support was basically nonexistent, and the whole thing felt like a total joke. Trust me, do yourself a favor and just spend a little more money somewhere else for a much smoother booking process.

Easy to Fly Drone
As someone who's tested out a bunch of flying bots before, let me tell you, the wellbot drone is a total game-changer. Other drones I've messed with were a pain to control, but this one? So easy to fly. It keeps itself nice and level, stays at the right height - perfect for newbies or pros. And that headless feature? Genius. I can zip that drone around in all sorts of directions without getting mixed up about which way is what. Taking off and landing? Piece of cake with this wellbot drone.

Login issue resolved
I had a hard time logging into my project management page because there was an extra login that I couldn't get to work. So, I reached out to customer service and man, was I impressed with how quickly they got back to me. Not only did they fix the problem right away, but they also kept me in the loop the whole time. Thanks to them, I'm back up and running smoothly!

Winter coat
I was really pumped to get a new winter coat online, but man, I was totally bummed out when they made me confirm my order and show my ID. It felt like it took forever for my coat to finally show up because of all that extra stuff. I wish they had better ways to stop fraud instead of just making me wait longer for my order. It was definitely not cool.

Great customer service
They always get back to me real fast when I got questions and they handle claims super quick, like in just a few days. I've been with them for about 2 years now and they're hands down the best health insurance company I've dealt with. Their rates are a little high, but totally worth it for the great coverage and top-notch service. I'd give them a perfect 10 out of 10 rating!
