Onyx Boox Palma
I just got the Onyx Boox Palma from Wellbots, but it was actually back ordered when I ordered it. Even though it took longer than expected, Wellbots kept me in the loop the whole time. Their customer service was top-notch and really helped me out since I was a newbie customer. The device showed up a little later than I thought, but overall, I was pretty satisfied with how everything went down.

I really love the variety of home products I've bought from this company! Each one has gone above and beyond what I expected, and I really like how they send reminders before each delivery so I can check and update my order. I've told all my friends and family about this company because of their amazing products and fantastic customer service. The handwritten note on the outside of the box shows how much they care about making customers happy. I really think you should give this company a try and see for yourself - you won't regret it!

Two SSD touch external hard drives with encryption app issue
I just bought these two external SSD touch hard drives with an encryption app that seemed pretty good at first. But then when I updated my MacOS to Monterey, the app just couldn't seem to recognize either of the drives. So I reached out to customer service and they said they were trying to figure it out, but eventually, they admitted they weren't planning on updating the app at all. And on top of that, they wouldn't honor the extended warranty on the drives. So now I'm stuck with two drives that I can't really use. Such a dead end.

I just bought a necklace from this store for $119 and then I saw the exact same one on a popular online retailer for only $18.99! I was completely shocked and disappointed by the huge price gap. I always expect fair prices as a customer, and this situation made me feel like I was being ripped off. I haven't gotten the necklace yet, but I plan on returning it as soon as it comes in.

Mother's Day gift basket
I recently ordered a gift basket for Mother's Day, but my mom had to come stay with me last minute for medical reasons. I tried to change the delivery address, but it got messed up and the gift ended up at her house with nobody there to get it. But, the customer service team was so great and sent a replacement to my place right away so my mom still got her gift. Their service was top-notch and I bet the food in the basket is top-notch too. I'll for sure be telling people about this company because of how awesome their customer service was.

I just bought a custom football jersey from their site, and I really liked how it turned out. But man, I was really let down by how long it took to get to me. They said it would be here in 7-10 days, but it ended up taking a whole month. I was itching to get my hands on it, so waiting that long was a bummer. Plus, when I reached out to customer service, the replies were slow and kind of lacking. Overall, I'd give my experience a 6 out of 10 because of those hiccups.
