Photo editing software
This software is awesome! I used a different one before, but I really like the way it syncs sound with images, retrieves videos, and allows you to add motion to photos. Once you understand how to use it, you can make amazing slideshows. I think it could be even better if they improved the zoom and movement options within the photos themselves. Overall, it's a fantastic photo editing program that helps me make some really beautiful projects.

Quick, responsive delivery
I've always gotten my coffee within three days of ordering, except for one time it was a little late but customer service took care of it right away. The coffee tastes great and is priced reasonably, so it's a good deal for coffee lovers.

My shopping experience with this company was fantastic. The website was so easy to use, I had no trouble finding exactly what I wanted. It didn't take too long for my order to arrive, and when it did, the products were even better than I expected. The materials were top-notch, and everything fit perfectly.

Redeem code issue
I had an issue with a redeem code I bought from this platform. The code wasn't working and I was feeling pretty unlucky. But I reached out to the support team and they got back to me really fast. They looked into it with the seller and figured it out. I felt so relieved when the code finally did what it was supposed to. I'm just glad they fixed my problem quickly.

Banner order
I just ordered some banners and let me tell you, it was so easy and convenient! The website gave me clear instructions on how to put in what I wanted and the design I liked. Ordering was a piece of cake and when I got the final banners, they were even better than I expected. The quality was amazing and the colors were just like I imagined. I am really happy with how they turned out and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Pool part purchase
I bought a pool part from Aqua Supercenter not too long ago. I've been having some big delays getting my order, and it's been frustrating. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything back from them. This lack of communication and responsibility is really disappointing, especially during pool season when you need to get things fixed and maintained quickly.

Overpriced and Disappointing Services
I had a really frustrating experience with that property management software. Their customer service was pretty bad – had to wait forever just to talk to someone who could actually solve my problems. The extra services they try to sell you are not that great, and they don’t really have much say in how partner companies treat their customers. To be honest, I wouldn’t suggest using this software.

Wall canvas
Very poor service and products! 24/7 customer service doesn’t exist at Tailored Canvases. They don’t answer the phone and the response times to emails are delayed by days of waiting. I ordered a 60x30 canvas claimed to be high quality. Within 24 hours of placing the order, I was emailed and addressed by the wrong name and told my canvas size was unavailable but I can get an “upgrade” to a smaller size and get a second canvas for free. Within minutes of that email, I had another email from Tailored stating the first email was sent in error. This was the beginning of many conflicting emails and correspondence where it seemed that no one at Tailored Canvas had a clue as to what was going on. It seems like looking at my account could’ve helped them but maybe not… so I ended up ordering three canvases… one came quickly, then the second arrived. They finally contacted me again and said the 60x30 wasn’t available and offered the same “upgrade” as the one offered before in error. I ordered the specific size to fit a wall and I didn’t need a smaller size or I would’ve ordered smaller initially. When I received this email, I checked their site to see if they noted the 60x30 canvases being out of stock. They were still advertising the 60x30 size, so please be aware of this if you’re shopping for a certain size. They told me I could wait about 3 weeks to see if the size could be restocked. At the end of three weeks, the 60x30 still wasn’t available so I requested a refund. When I requested this refund, they replied that they had just received the 60x30 canvases… a little suspicious to me about that timing but at this point, I’m just ready to be done with this company. I told them I just want a refund. This process had started about two months prior and I didn’t want to go through it any longer. They sent me their company policy about refunds and said they could offer me a store credit. Once again, please take the time to look into the situation before blasting back with a generic answer. They delayed me for almost a month or more over communication responses and sizing issues. I called one Friday and was disconnected three times before I finally got through to someone. He had no idea and said it would be the following Monday before I could expect an answer. When I asked about 24/7 customer service, he said they had over 1000 emails to respond to and it was just a bad year for them to keep up. I did get a refund the following week but when I went to hang my first canvas, one of the two very cheaply made and installed hangers on the back popped off. I had emailed Tailored Canvas asking for more quality hangers. They boast the quality of their products on their site but I’m here to testify that what you can buy at discount retails who order products from China provide better quality products than the canvases from Taliored. I’m not impressed and I paid much less at Hobby Lobby for very similar canvases with much better hangers. I’ll have to find a way to get these cheaply made canvases from Tailored Canvases on my wall because they won’t stand by their “quality” products. They said since I put a wire to connect the two hangers, that I altered their product and they cannot be responsible. Their customer service is unacceptable and their products don’t hold much quality. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. It’s not worth it!

Dress
I bought a dress from them and the zipper was defective so I had it changed. I was given a coupon for 20% off my next purchase which had no expiration date. About 2 months later, I bought another dress and my code did not work. I told customer service and they refused to honor the code despite there was no expiration date. I asked for them to send me where in their written policies provided to customers that their codes expire. Of course I was sent nothing. I also realized they have a 15% restocking fee for returns which is ridiculous as stores like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, the Outnet and Bergdorf do not do that. They refused to waive the restock fee for me when I had to return the new dress because it did not fit right. This place has zero customer service and they will not honor coupon codes they provide you.
