Customer service experience
The customer service at this company was so bad, it felt like no one was even there to help. Every time I tried to get some support, a stupid recording would tell me no one was available and to just leave a message. It felt like there was just one poor soul trying to handle all the customer questions, leading to long waits and major headaches. And don't even get me started on the website - I had so many issues with the login prompt, it couldn't even send me the verification codes to my email. And on the rare occasion I did get a code, it had already expired by the time I got it. This customer service was seriously the worst, definitely not worth my time or energy.

Easy to use software, good quality product, quick turnaround
Why bother with complicated software when you have something as user-friendly as this? The small learning curve didn't stand a chance against the excellent product quality and fast turnaround. The chat feature was super helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Review about: TradeInn
Price and shipping experience
TradeInn has pretty good prices and a wide variety of products, but I gotta say, I was kind of let down by the shipping. It took way longer than they said and the arrival date was up in the air. They could definitely work on that to make the whole shopping experience better. I've seen other companies in the EU ship stuff way faster, so TradeInn might not be my go-to when I need things in a hurry.

It seems pretty obvious that this company is using their super strict "no refund" policy in a sneaky way to make more money. It's kind of sneaky to count on customers forgetting to cancel as a way to cash in. Instead of being straight up and fair, they're choosing to slip through the cracks and make a profit off of their customers' mistakes. I was thinking about just downgrading my plan to save some cash, but after this, I'm definitely on the hunt for a new platform to use.

Disappointment with promised free gift
I just bought something because I got an email saying there was a free gift worth $130. I made sure to order within the promo period, but when I went to check out, the gift was no longer an option. It was a bummer because that freebie was a big reason I decided to buy.

Online course purchase for certification exam prep
I found the online courses I bought to get ready for my certification exam pretty helpful. The videos had a lot of good info, but there were a couple times where they didn't cover everything I needed to know for the test. And some of the lab work took longer than they said it would - like a 3-hour lab that ended up taking me 6 hours. But even with those hiccups, I still think the material was useful for getting me ready.
