Wrong size shorts
Hey, so I got these shorts as a gift from someone, but they ended up being way too big for me. I went to the store to try to return them, but they wouldn't let me because I didn't have the tag. I had the receipt and all, so it was pretty frustrating. I even tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. It's not my fault they got the wrong size, you know? Super annoying situation.

I recently stumbled upon this really neat shoe store online and thought I'd check it out. Ended up getting myself two pairs of shoes, the Kotor and Empoli, and man, they are awesome!
