Banner purchase for business use
I just got a banner for my business, and I was really happy with how it turned out. The design was exactly what I wanted, and the material they used was super sturdy. I did run into a small problem with the banner, but the customer service team was able to quickly replace it for me at no extra cost - so that was awesome. The price was fair and the service was top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future. One suggestion I have is maybe offering a Velcro-type banner attachment option that's sewn on. It would make it a lot easier to hang banners at vendor booths.

OCR and Conversion App Installation
I just got this new OCR and conversion app for my Mac, and I gotta say, it's pretty neat. However, I ran into a problem with one file that couldn't be converted perfectly. I contacted customer support, and they were super quick to help out. They had me send the file over for testing and also gave me some useful tips to make sure my conversions turn out better. All in all, I'm happy with how the app works and the amazing customer service I got.

The company looked legitimate at the time of purchase. Upon further investigation, I have found numerous disgruntled customers with the same experience. There is no customer service to speak of, and I now find out they are a scam. They take the payment, immediately, and do not provide any further contact or shipping information. I am looking into ways to contact Vevor, the manufacturer, to inform them of this fraudulent vendor.
