The wine selection at Wine Insiders is really amazing, and I've been able to enjoy some great special offerings from them. But let's talk about the real problem here - their delivery service is just a disaster. FedEx Home is the only option they give for shipping, and it's like they go out of their way to choose the worst possible delivery people. If you live in an apartment, you might as well start praying now that your FedEx Ground driver decides to actually bring your package to your door. Otherwise, good luck trying to track down your wine at some random FedEx pickup spot miles away. And forget trying to get help from their Customer Service - it's like talking to a brick wall. They won't really help you out with anything other than giving you a refund when FedEx inevitably messes up your delivery. Save yourself the headache and just steer clear of them.

I recently bought a leather handbag and I was pretty happy with how nice it is. But, when I needed help fixing a hardware piece that fell off, dealing with customer service was a real bummer. They told me they could only help if I bought it online from their site. That didn't make sense to me - I couldn't remember where I got the bag over 10 years ago! When I mentioned maybe buying it in another country, they basically said tough luck without proof from their site. It felt like they cared more about avoiding responsibility than helping me out. It was disappointing to see them not being flexible or understanding, especially when I liked the bag so much.

I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered a fancy handbag right after the holidays, so I knew it might take a while to arrive. But instead of getting my bag, I got the wrong item almost three weeks later. When I contacted them to fix the mistake, they asked me to send pictures for approval of a refund or replacement, which would take another 3-5 days. I did everything they asked, returned the wrong bag, and now it's been over a month and I still don't have my refund. It's been a frustrating process.

Shoes for hiking
I just bought some hiking shoes online the other day, but man, the delivery service from the courier company was a total mess. The tracking was lousy, and the driver couldn't find my house even though I've lived in the same spot for over 12 years. It was a letdown, especially coming from a company with such a good rep.
