Two-week ordeal
Man, that company's customer service is just terrible. I spent a whole two weeks trying to cancel my order, sending a bunch of emails and trying every possible way to get in touch. And guess what? Not a single response from them. It really felt like my money just disappeared into thin air. It's just awful how they treat their customers.
My jerky subscription
I had so many issues with my jerky subscription, it's crazy! I didn't get my jerky for two whole months and when I tried reaching out, no one would respond to my emails or messages on Facebook. It's so frustrating and I really wanted my jerky fix, but it's like they just ignored me. I'm annoyed and definitely wouldn't recommend this subscription to my BFF.
Jerky Subscription
Ordering was super easy, and my first delivery came even sooner than expected. But man, they're sending out deliveries left and right! The jerky itself is bomb - so many flavors and all top quality. The small packages just aren't enough to satisfy my jerky fix anymore!
Small jerky packages, lack of uniqueness
I was really bummed out by what I got from Jerky Subscription. The jerky bags were way smaller than I thought they'd be for what I shelled out. Plus, the jerky flavors weren't anything special or different from what I could just pick up at my usual grocery spot. I was expecting something more fancy and top-notch.

This company is totally a scam. I signed up for a jerky subscription and it was a total nightmare. Trying to cancel was a huge hassle. They kept taking money out of my account even after I tried to cancel, and their customer service was useless. I suggest avoiding this company to save yourself the headache.
Quick shipping, moldy jerky, disappointing gift
I got my husband a jerky subscription for Christmas, but it was a big letdown. The jerky was sent out on December 3rd, but I didn't get it until the 16th. By the 20th, it was already moldy. It was so bad that I couldn't even give it to my husband as a gift. If it needed to be refrigerated, why didn't they say so? Overall, it was a terrible experience and I won't be ordering from them again.
Subscription problem
I've been waiting on my jerky order for a week now and I even emailed them about it but still no response. It's frustrating, you know? I just really want my jerky. Their customer service is seriously lacking.
Gift from Brother-in-Law

This purchase was a total bust from the get-go. The company dropped the ball and didn't send my second month's delivery without even bothering to explain why. It took me sending them email after email to finally get another package, but when I opened it up, it was the same old jerky that I got the first time around. They promised me 4 different flavors every month, but I keep getting repeats. They even gave me 2 bags of the same stuff in one shipment for 2 months straight. I've tried to contact them through email a bunch of times, but no one ever responds. There's no phone number listed on their website, so I can't even talk to a real person about my issues. Also, they totally lied about the servings – each bag only has like 6 or 7 tiny pieces of jerky, which definitely doesn't cut it. This subscription has been a massive letdown and a complete waste of my hard-earned cash.
Anniversary gift subscription
I was super disappointed by my experience with this jerky subscription service. I got a three-month subscription as an anniversary gift back in August, thinking I'd get some awesome jerky on time. But man, it didn't live up to the hype. The website said my first order would ship within two days and then the next ones would come mid-month. But my first order on 8/11 didn't show up until the end of September, making me miss celebrating our anniversary. I tried emailing them multiple times for an update, but got no response. It was so frustrating dealing with their lack of communication and follow-through. Eventually, I gave up and asked for a refund, but even that went unanswered. And on top of all that, the jerky itself wasn't anything special - just the same old stuff I could get at any store. Such a waste of money, and more importantly, a waste of my time and energy.

I've been getting a Jerky Subscription box for two months now, and I gotta say, I was kinda let down by what I got this time around. The first box had a bunch of tasty and interesting jerky choices that I really liked. But the selection this month just didn't stack up. The jerky was kinda bland and didn't live up to what I was hoping for after that first box. I was really looking forward to more variety and excitement, but unfortunately, this month's box just didn't bring it.
Fast delivery, delicious jerky
I was pretty happy with how fast my order showed up after I ordered it on Monday; got my first box on Wednesday afternoon! I didn't waste any time digging into the package and I ripped open a bag of 'Wicked Cuts' jerky (the Orange Teriyaki kind) right away. Let me tell you, it was so good! Ate the whole bag in minutes and couldn't wait to try the other flavors in the subscription. Can't wait to try new types of jerky I've never had before and see what other flavors I like. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and can't wait for more deliveries to come.
