Awesome jeans
Man, I am seriously blown away by how awesome my new jeans from this store are! I ordered them online and they were exactly what I wanted. But then I changed my mind and needed to exchange them, and let me tell you, the customer service was incredible! I communicated with them via email and the staff, Julie and Claire, were so friendly and helpful. They even took care of the return process without any issues and gave me a quick refund. It felt like they were right in my neighborhood, I felt so heard and supported. They were so efficient, it was like pure magic! If only all companies were this fantastic!

Refusal to provide bank account information
I had a weird thing happen when I was trying to make a payment at this store. Even though I had shopped there before and they already had my bank info, they still wanted me to type in my routing number and account number again. That made me nervous because that's sensitive stuff to be sharing online, so I decided not to do it. Instead, I just canceled the credit card I had on file with them. I take my financial security and privacy seriously, and I'm not willing to risk it just to buy some cheap shoes. So, I'll be going somewhere else next time I need to shop.

Easy-to-use London pass
The London Pass was actually pretty easy to use. I liked being able to plan out my day using the app and getting into a bunch of different London attractions with just one pass. But I did run into a little problem at the Tower Bridge - there were such long lines that they wouldn't accept the pass, which was a bummer. So, I just changed things up and went to check out the Tower of London instead.

Jerky Subscription
I've been getting a Jerky Subscription box for two months now, and I gotta say, I was kinda let down by what I got this time around. The first box had a bunch of tasty and interesting jerky choices that I really liked. But the selection this month just didn't stack up. The jerky was kinda bland and didn't live up to what I was hoping for after that first box. I was really looking forward to more variety and excitement, but unfortunately, this month's box just didn't bring it.

Dress purchase for NYE
I really liked the dress I bought for New Year's Eve, but I was a little bummed by the quality. Had to do some snipping of loose threads inside. But, man, the fit was spot-on for my 5'7" height. Looks like Lichi makes dresses with taller girls in mind, but it worked pretty well for me.
