$4000 purchase
I spent almost $4000 with this company and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the products. When my order came, a bunch of stuff was open and food was spilled all over the place - not cool. I tried calling their customer service but was on hold for over 20 minutes the first time, and over an hour the second time before I said forget it. It's pretty obvious they don't give a dang about their customers or what they're selling. I'm definitely sending everything back.

I decided to try out a liquid diet, and I was able to find everything I needed on this website. It may look a little outdated, but it's super user-friendly and they're always adding new items. And bonus, they often run promotions and sales if you sign up for their emails!

Three pairs of jeans
I bought three pairs of jeans about a year ago - one for me, one for my partner, and one as a gift for my sister. We were super pumped about our new denim, but that excitement didn't last long. Sadly, all three pairs ended up with holes in the same spot, right at the bottom of the crotch where it meets the top of the leg, on BOTH sides. It's pretty frustrating, especially considering how much we shelled out for these jeans. The quality just wasn't there, definitely not what we were used to from this brand.
