I got the Pixel 6a last summer and it felt solid — compact, good in hand, screen was sharp. Then months later the battery started swelling and the phone acted odd. Region switch annoyed me
Not thrilled — Google flipped my account region from the UK to the Netherlands without asking, and that messed up local search, subscriptions and some banking stuff I rely on. I needed the UK setting because of local results, VAT differences and some services that only show up for UK users.
