Overpriced item with non-refundable shipping costs
My experience with this purchase was kind of a bummer. I saw the same thing for way cheaper on another site. When I went to return it to BulbHead, they only gave me back some of my money because of the shipping costs. It was pretty annoying not getting a full refund, especially since I found it way cheaper somewhere else. The customer service didn't really help out, so I'm gonna pass on buying anything else from them in the future.
