Men's skincare products
Men's skincare products are amazing, I swear by the serum and eye revival. My friends always tell me how great my skin looks when I use them. But, I'm bummed that the men's moisturizer in the white container, suggested by my dermatologist, has been out of stock for a while. And to top it off, my favorite store stopped carrying men's products altogether – now it's just women's stuff.

Credit repair services
My experience with the credit repair services was really disappointing. I paid a lot of money, but instead of getting better, my credit score actually got worse. They only managed to remove two items from my report, and one of them was going to be removed anyways. On top of that, one of my closed cases got opened up again because of their help, which hurt my credit score even more. I definitely don't recommend using their services - I think it's better for folks to take care of their own credit repair. In the end, I was just not happy with the service at all.

Sat nav purchase
I bought a sat nav not too long ago and it's been a total nightmare. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about when it's gonna be delivered. When I check my account on the website, there's zero info on the shipment and no way to track it. The customer service bot is no help at all, they're useless. I'm so annoyed that this company doesn't give a crap about making customers happy. This whole situation just sucks.

steam cleaner
I'm really disappointed with the customer service for the 10-year warranty on my steam cleaner. It broke after hardly any use - talk about poor quality! If this isn't sorted out ASAP, I'll be taking this complaint to consumer rights groups. Treating customers this way is just not okay, especially when we trusted we were getting a top-notch product.

The service was great! I knew the item was in stock when I placed my order, and they only charged me when it was shipped. Unlike this other place I tried, they said it was in stock but then two weeks later said it wasn't available and already charged me. That's not cool.
